On-Site Training

VideoEditSystems.com offers on-site Set-up and/or Training for your Casablanca editing system. This service is limited to the Los Angeles area, unless you have a large budget and are willing to cover travel & accommodations!

Glenn Hanson, a highly experienced Casablanca editor, will personally come to your facility and assist you in the initial set-up of your Casablanca editing system; teach you the basics; or instruct you on Advanced Techniques.

When you purchase a system from us (Equipment Emporium Inc./VideoEditSystems.com), you can purchase an initial two hour block of personalized instruction for the discounted rate of $100. Additional blocks of time are available at the regular rate of $65/hour.

Standard rate for personalized instruction is $65/hour, two hour minimum. Rates for half day or full day are negotiable; as well as fees for travel outside of the local area.

Service & Maintenance of Casablanca AVIO, KRON, PRESTIGE, RENOMMEE

VideoEditSystems.com is able to perform limited service on your machine, such as installation of RAM, hard-drives, and software updates. Our labor rate is $75 per hour, with a $50 minimum labor charge for hardware installation. Rates do not include the cost of the RAM or hard drives themselves, but we are happy to advise you on how to obtain these common computer hard drives on your own and save money. We normally do keep RAM in stock, as a convenience.

Problems requiring advanced diagnostics and component replacement should be sent to the main headquarters of MacroSystem in Boulder, Colorado.
